MAYURASANA (PEACOCK POSE)
Mayurasana, the yoga pose named on peacock, is an advanced level arm balancing pose. The regular practice of Mayurasana “tones up the abdominal organs wonderfully”, and that the elbow pressure on the abdominal aorta (the artery that carries blood) made blood circulate “properly in the abdominal organs”. Improved digestion, destroys effect of unwholesome food, increase intra abdominal pressure and reduce spleen and liver enlargement. cured stomach and spleen illnesses, and prevent “toxins” from accumulating.
ARDHA MATSYENDRASANA (SITTING HALF SPINAL TWIST POSE)
Ardha Matsyendrasana is a yoga posture that belongs to the group of Matsyendrasana. This pose is the most popular among its group of poses. It is an easier variant of the full form of advanced-level Matsyendrasana. It got its name from the resemblance with matsya- fish. This posture is an important posture of Spinal Twist. Hence Matsyendrasana is also called a Spinal Twist and Ardha Matsyendrasana a Half Spinal Twist. Ardha Matsyendrasana helps to strengthen abdomen, chest, spine, arms and hips. Stimulates the pancreas, liver, spleen, kidneys, stomach and intestines.
HALASANA (PLOUGH POSE)
Halasana (plough pose) got its name from Indian farming tool plough due to its resemblance with that. Its intermediate level yoga pose. In this pose whole spine got stretched and it increases the blood circulation of abdominal organs and boost digestion.
PAWANMUKTASANA (WIND RELIEVING POSE)
Pawanmuktasana as name indicates its wind relieving pose. In this pose of yoga external pressure applied on abdominal organ which helps in releases of gas, relieves acid reflux and cures disorder likes dyspepsia.
BADDHA KONASANA (BUTTERFLY POSE)
It is also called butterfly pose due to its resemble to butterfly. Its a beginner level pose. It relieves gas, bloating, cramping and reduces stress.
